Shipping & Processing

For original art that is under 36 inches, the artwork will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number at the discretion of the artist.

If the artwork is larger than 36 inches, it will be shipped via a fine art shipper in which you will receive a shipping update after your purchase. For expedited shipping service, please contact me before your purchase to discuss additional shipping options.

We’ll choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Though if you’d like your order faster, I also offer expedited and overnight shipping options both domestically and internationally for an additional cost.

Artwork will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking at the discretion of the artist.

Packing/Processing Times
Up to 36in: 2-5 days
36in+: 1-2 weeks

International packages are sometimes held up in Customs so transit times will differ. Please give yourself up to 4 weeks for delivery from the order date.

Made-to-order products take between 1-2 weeks to ship.

The production of prints usually take 2-5 business days to be produced plus the time of shipping.

Expedited and international shipping are available accordingly.

All in-stock artwork over $100 ships free within the continental US.

For international shipping, the charges will depend on the size of the artwork being shipped. You’ll receive a quote once the artwork is purchased or contact me to receive an estimate.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with the tracking information. If you have not received any tracking within 1 day of your order, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help you out.


UPS/FedEX/DHL with insurance are used to ship works smaller than 36 inches.

If the artwork is larger than 36 inches, it will be shipped via a fine art shipper in which you will receive a quote upon purchase. For expedited shipping service, please contact me before your purchase to discuss additional shipping options.


The transit time for each order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. International shipments may take up to 21 business days in transit but are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL.

Not all tracking events may be represented in real-time, and this causes a shipment to appear stalled at a particular place/event. There are also other factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:

  • Packages being handled by multiple carriers, when handed off to local carriers.
  • Local customs department processing time

For these reasons, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date with certainty for international deliveries.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Payment Information

All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Paypal. We unfortunately do not accept money orders or bank transfers at this time.

For all commissions, clients will need an initial deposit to begin the custom order process. Payment plans are available through Paypal Credit- inquire for options. Please see Commissions for more detailed information.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on custom orders and prints unless damaged in some way. 

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

If your package or artwork was damaged, please contact me immediately with your name and order number.

Prints will always be replaced. Original artwork will have to be assessed by photos to determine how to move forward. If the damage is beyond repair, you will have an option for a refund or store credit of the amount that was paid.

Commissions & Framing

The general timeframe is 6 weeks from the time of the agreed upon start date with 1-2 check-ins along the way. Please note that this does not include shipping time. Please see Commissions for more details.


For in-stock items that are not listed as mounted, framing services are offered as an add-on option. Please contact me if there are any questions for the types of frames, framing suggesting, etc. I’m always happy to help!
